Conference Registration Rates

Delegate & Associate Registration Rates:
Early Registration (before August 31, 2024): $1,095
Standard Registration (September 1 - September 30, 2024): $1,245
Late Registration (after September 30, 2024): $1,395

Spouse/Companion Registration Rates:
$800 includes access to all meals, opening reception/silent auction

Honorary/Delegate Registration Rates:
$800 includes access to all programming and meals (not able to participate in private conferences)

Additional Registration Options:
Sunday Opening Reception Only (available for spouses, family, and guests only): $250
Sunday Opening Reception - Children (ages 12 and under): $50
Tuesday Dinner Guest Ticket Only (available for spouses, family, and guests only): $300
Tuesday Dinner - Child Registration (ages 12 and under): $125

Golf Tournament Registration Rates:
$250 includes golf lunch

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, notify us via email to [email protected] or via fax to (720) 496-4974.  All cancellations prior to September 30, 2024, will require a 25% processing fee.  Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.  All registrations are transferable at an equal registration level.
